The VIAVI (formerly JDSU) FFL-050 Visual Fault Locator has a 2.5mm interface that accommodates all ST, SC and FC fiber optic connectors. This VFL helps pinpoint damaged, broken or bent fibers. This VFL can also be used to identify individual fiber or their ports. The FFL-050 features a powerful 650-nm Class 2 red laser with 1-mW max output power for up to 4 km for single mode and 3 km for multimode applications. Use continuous or flashing mode. Comes with batteries and a nylon case with belt loop.
